I’ve been using the cream together with a drop or two of your Double Helix Water (in the morning, on an empty stomach).
Since I’ve recently been taking both, my knee pain has lessened greatly, and when the pain does arise, I thoroughly rub some more of the cream on and around the pain area.
I’m over 70 years and playing pickleball at least 3x a week for 2 to 3 hours, plus walking and doing strength training.
